Hello everyone and welcome to Chaos in Mommyhood!

I’m Nina, originally from Vero Beach, Fl but I currently reside in Columbus, Oh. I’m a lover of chocolate, coffee, sarcasm, reading and being outdoors. I’m married to my college sweetheart (although technically we met in high school) and we have two adventurous little boys, Mikey and Tucker. We also just added a German Shepherd puppy named Winston to our family.

Becoming a full time stay at home mom to two has completely rocked my world and turned my life upside down. Literally every day is a new adventure and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I always dreamed of being able to stay at home with my kids while they were little, but my fairytale seemed to leave out some of the realities of it all, like the unbelievable amounts of whining, the unbearably early mornings (coffee is my lifeline) and discovering your 2 year old finger painting with poop on his window instead of napping. Yeah, that really happened.

I originally started this blog as a way for friends and family to stay up to date on my boys since they were just babies basically when we made the move to Ohio. I discovered I have a real love for lifestyle photography and want to continue to have a way to record my families adventures but I also want to be able to share with other moms things that have helped me out along the way.

Follow along on our family’s adventures as we explore Columbus and surrounding areas, as well as, the daily chaos in day to day life with kids, especially with out friends or family in the area.

My hope for this blog is that I can share our adventures, favorite products, books and recipes.

Subscribe to blog to stay up to date on the chaos, or e-mail me at ChaosinMommyhood@gmail.com for questions or collaborations.

I love sharing products we love, especially if they make life a little more simple.
