Day 13 Yoga Pose Challenge 

Running late tonight but I’m sticking to the challenge. Let’s get to Day 13, Today’s pose is technically Bound Angle Pose, but I prefer to call it Butterfly 🦋 Pose. 


Benefits: 

  • Stretches the lower back.  
  • Stretches inner thigh and enhances flexibility.
  • Relieves stress and tiredness. 
  • Stimulates reproductive and digestive organs.
