Day 17 Yoga Pose Challenge 

Happy hump day! 

So happy to already be half way through this week. We’ve made it to Day 17 of the challenge and today’s pose is Chair.

Benefits: 

  • Strengthens thighs and ankles. 
  • Tones shoulders, butt, hips and your back. 
  • Can be therapeutic for flat feet. 
  • Helps digestion and circulatory system.
