Happy hump day!
So happy to already be half way through this week. We’ve made it to Day 17 of the challenge and today’s pose is Chair.
- Strengthens thighs and ankles.
- Tones shoulders, butt, hips and your back.
- Can be therapeutic for flat feet.
- Helps digestion and circulatory system.
