Happy Saturday and welcome to Day 20 of the challenge!
It’s a gorgeous day here in Columbus and I’ve been enjoying every bit of the sunshine ☀️
Today I tried a new pose called Half Moon 🌙
It took me quite a few tries to get my balance but I think I managed to achieve it. I know I certainly felt the stretch.
- Helps relieve stress.
- Strengthens your abs, butt, ankles and spine.
- Improves sense of balance and coodination.
- Stretches the groin, hamstring, chest, shoulders, calves, and spine.
- Improves digestion.

We are thinking of setting up our new tent ⛺️ to test out camping with the boys in the backyard.
Definitely need a trial run before taking those nuggets to the wilderness overnight.
