What did you do for fun today?
While on the trail I took the time to practice my pose for Day 21 of the challenge, Warrior III Pose.
This pose requires a lot of balance and focus, not always an easy thing to achieve with children around.
- Improves balance and posture.
- Strengthens the shoulders and back.
- Strengthens the ankles and legs.
- Tones yours abs
