Day 23 Yoga Pose Challenge 

Running a bit late today, but I’m determined to keep up with my challenge.

So here we go…

Day 23 is Warrior I Pose


  • Improves focus, balance and stability.
  • Stretches chest and lungs.
  • Strengthens shoulders and arms and back muscles.
  • Strengthens thighs, calves and ankles.
