Day 25 Yoga Pose Challenge 

Finally Thursday! One day closer to the weekend and Day 30 of the challenge.

Day 25 is Bow Pose, and I must admit, it’s not one of my favorites. When I was in kid in gymnastics I remember being able to do simliar poses, to where I could comb my hair with my toes. As an adult I’m not anywhere near that flexible and this pose reminds me every time.

Benefits:

  • Stretches the entire front of your body.
  • Strengthens the back muscles.
  • Improves posture
