Day 26 Yoga Pose Challenge 

Happy Fri-yay!

I hope everyone is getting ready to enjoy their weekends. We kicked ours off early with my husband’s work picnic at the Columbus Zoo.

The boys were super excited to go, especially since there is a train ride. Mikey is quite train obsessed these days. I swear he loved the ride despite how fearful he looks in this photo. Tucker is just pissed I took my phone away from him to take a picture. He’d rather watch YouTube kids than enjoy the zoo apparently. Toddlers…am I right?


But on to the yoga! Today is Day 26 of the challenge and the pose is Dancer Pose. It’s also called Lord of the Dance Pose.

I admit this photo isn’t the best example, but it’s what’s I’m working with at the moment. Bare with me folks.

  • Stretches your shoulders and chest.
  • Stretches your thighs, groin and abs.
