We made it! Day 30 of the challenge is finally here.
I hope you all have been able to incorporate some of these poses into your daily life.
Personally, I have felt less stressed during day to day chaos and I feel my posture improving as well. I plan on continuing to incorporate yoga into my life as much as possible.
I’m sure you all were expecting some grand finale pose, but that’s just not happening today.
Today’s pose is Upward Facing Dog.

- Helps relieve mild depression.
- Stimulates abdominal muscles.
- Strengthens wrists, arms and spine.
- Stretches your chest, lungs and shoulders.
