With week 2 of the challenge underway I thought today we could keep things simple and do a variation of Downward Facing Dog called Dolphin Pose.

- Also stretches your shoulders, hamstrings, calves and arches.
- Relieves headaches, insomnia, back pain and fatigue.
- Improved memory and concentration.
- Helps relieve the symptoms of menopause and menstrual discomfort.
- Improves digestion.
