Day 18 Yoga Pose Challenge

Welcome to Day 18 of the 30 day challenge. It’s been another crazy day filled with toddler negotiations, spider catching and a tantrum or two. 

I did manage to get outdoors for a little yoga this afternoon. 

Today’s focus is Balancing Table Pose. 


  • Improves balance and cordination. 
  • Helps improve memory and focus. 
  • Builds core body strength. 
  • Lengthens the spine.
