Day 20 Yoga Pose Challenge 

Happy Saturday and welcome to Day 20 of the challenge!

It’s a gorgeous day here in Columbus and I’ve been enjoying every bit of the sunshine ☀️

Today I tried a new pose called Half Moon 🌙

It took me quite a few tries to get my balance but I think I managed to achieve it. I know I certainly felt the stretch.


  • Helps relieve stress.
  • Strengthens your abs, butt, ankles and spine.
  • Improves sense of balance and coodination.
  • Stretches the groin, hamstring, chest, shoulders, calves, and spine.
  • Improves digestion.

What are you all up to this weekend?

We are thinking of setting up our new tent ⛺️ to test out camping with the boys in the backyard.

Definitely need a trial run before taking those nuggets to the wilderness overnight.
