Happy Sunday Funday!
We had a nice lazy Sunday around here today. The boys played nicely together for a good 30 minute span. Progress people, progress. And I was able to get a little work done while Kevin worked on the yard.
I can’t believe it’s already Day 28 of the challenge and I must say I’m pretty proud of myself for sticking to it and doing yoga and posting every day. I feel like my daily stress levels have been lower and my posture is already improving.

Today’s pose is Dolphin Plank Pose. I prefer this variation to Plank Pose because I have dainty little wrists. (Just being honest)
