Day 9 Yoga Pose Challenge

With week 2 of the challenge underway I thought today we could  keep things simple and do a variation of Downward Facing Dog called Dolphin Pose.


  • Stretches your arms and legs.
  • Strengthens your core.
  • Also stretches your shoulders, hamstrings, calves and arches.
  • Relieves headaches, insomnia, back pain and fatigue.
  • Improved memory and concentration.
  • Helps relieve the symptoms of menopause and menstrual discomfort.
  • Improves digestion.
